Certified Industrial Hemp Sampler

ALL Industrial Hemp Sampler Certifications will expire on December 31, 2022. To continue completing compliance sampling after January 1, 2023, you will need a USDA hemp sampler certificate.

Go to the US Domestic Hemp Production program page. Complete the training and certification requirements in order to be certified to continue collecting industrial hemp compliance samples effective January 1, 2023.

Annual Report

For Reporting Period: Nov. 1, 2021 – Oct. 31, 2022
Must be submitted by Nov. 15, 2022

Sampling Log(s) for all samples collected during the reporting period must be submitted by Nov. 15, 2022.
